..not very likely. Perhaps at this moment conditions are a bit extreme, but it doesn't rain very much north of the volcano chain. Just a fact of life. Water shortage, however, is slowly slowly becoming a problem all over the island. Even the somewhat reduced tourist population is setting resources under a strain. As usual, it will be the locals who feel the pinch long before the visitors, so don't worry!!!
