We just came back, and were staying at Puri Raja. I used the Seaside Gym. It has a good weight area downstairs, and cardio upstairs.
If you are exercise inclined, then you still want to carry on when on Holiday. I found I could only use the cardio first thing in morning, as it got a little too Hot. (Also I was a little too tired, after lying by pool, shopping and drinking Bintang!)
