we have stayed at the GVC since 2000 and have always found it really lovely. We were there again this year in Feb/March and it was great. We have stayed in a new Superior room in 2006 and 2007 and it was always cleaned properly and we were always left with plenty of loo paper. With regards to the bed, in 2006 we also found them to be a bit hard for our liking but we had a water bed at home so sleeping on a normal matress was hard for us both regardless. So, this year we took over one of those egg crate type matress overlays and it worked great. We left it with our friends when we left.
