Australian Customs Service and Oil...

the linament type sold in the streets in a bottle with some sort of root in it... do Customs allow this into Australia. I have a friend returning to Oz on Tuesday and he wants to take some. As the plant is fairly well pickled I would hope it is OK. Any experiences ?
