Hi we recently just got back from Phuket. We found instead of giving our son a bath we showered him instead with will prevent him from drinking bath water. Pool water should be ok as it is chemicalised.
Take your own panadol and medicines then you know there will be no reactions their medicines.
If worse comes to worse there is an Australian NZ shop which sells all Australian foods, called Dijons near the Hospital. But all goes well and enjoy, just make sure your child drinks plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
