Uns is my absolute favourite too. Fortunately we are going over on the 25th of this month so I'll have to fit in a few visits prior to it closing. I too love the frozen margaritas and the snapper wrapped in potato is just to die for. I hope the new owner doesn't change it too much. I'll have a margareta for you!!
