Island Bound may be chartering plane from Ozjet/Indojet (?) as they do with Skywest for the Port Hedland/Bali flights ... good news for Perth, nothing like a bit of competition between the carriers, just having a guess. The agent at Island Bound definately knew all about it. Will post when they get back to me with a quote.
