What a great Idea! It really did annoy me. We would go out to the Pool at about 8 in the morning, and sometimes we were lucky to get the last 4! It does seem to be a problem in a lot of places though. I noticed a few times people remove others towells, which was great.
We said that we would do the same ourselves if need be!
