Ensure you take a letter from his doctor about his medication, in case of problems with customs. Also take a copy notes on treatment in case you require treatment at one of the medical clinics in Bali, include phone numbers of his treating doctors.
Anti diarrohea medication and rehydration fluids (in powder form), get some urine test strips may be prone to urinary tract infections if gets dehydrated.
Good first aid kit, therometer; panadol (kid form), anti-histamine for insect bites; insect repellant-risk of dengue fever (need to wear at day time), sun screen.
