If there's one available, you should ask for an upgrade to a super deluxe room. We did last time, and it wasn't very much to upgrade, and was so worth it. They're all on the ground floor, so you can basically just sit around the pool with your room open and can go in and out without having to go up the stairs! There were 3 of us last time, and they just put a rollaway bed (comfy!) in there, and there was still heaps of room.
