Scarenorth as we like to call them up here, they only guarantee that 10kg of your luggage will travel on the same flight as you.
I'm interested that everyone is so keen to fly with them as domestically they provide poor customer service at a very expensive price. And, as almost the monopoly on the Broome-Kinunurra-Darwin route have no reason to offer anything better.
