It overlooks the Baliaan break and when we stayed April 2006 it was really nice. It is a 3 storey bungalow and they rent out the bottom seperately to the top 2 storeys. The top 2 storeys have a king single on the first floor, lovely verandah, kitchen with fridge and sink, bathroom with western toilet and cold shower. Upstairs is a double bed, open bedroom and verandah (we used mozzie zappers and were fine) It was looked after by a lovely guy called Phillip.
However some friends of ours called in to have a look in march this year and Phillip was gone and the place a little dirty and unkept. But things could have changed again, so would be worth a look. Otherwise there are a few other family run places, one we looked at was nice but overpriced for us. We travel on a budget and I think the family room was around 400,000rp and we paid 150,000rp for the bungalow.
make sure you hire your own car though and drive yourselves because you need transport once you are there as there are no restaurants, just a warung at the beach that closes at 6pm and a really expensive resort.
