Knowing the situation re kids at traffic lights, babies in Kuta, genuine older people, those with disfigurements....
As a local friend said to me , regardless of how many times you have been to Bali..
"Give to those you want to, feel you need to at the time...as long as it's given freely and happily from your heart and you do not expect anything in return.."
