Its 75km to Kuta from Senggigi - about another 4kms from Quinci. It takes about 1.45 hours to get there. I would just ask about on the street in Senggigi for a driver - there will be plenty of people looking for business. Also I have a buddy from Senggigi who is a surfing champ - I will check out his phone contact and post you tomorrow - he may organise you a driver etc etc.....
