I recently visited an orphanage in August called the "Kesayan Ikang Papa" near Giangyar (my first time there). It has 26 children most of whom are mute, one also has facial disfigurementand one is clinically blind. However it's important that these children learn like other school children to help them now and later in life. I have some photos at home, I'm happy to send you some for reference and an indication of their ages.

If you do a search on my quotes you can read a bit about them. They seem very happy children, they embraced us for the time we were there. Their living conditions are very basic. We were shown their classrooms and bedroom. The bedroom is one very big room with the girls and boys separated by a basic divider (like office workstation screens). Somehow, it reminded me like a dormitory from the 1940's.

Our donations of clothes and 50kgs rice and 6 boxes of noodles was recorded in a book and it appears there has been some time between the last donation. They are keen to have photos taken of them.

All of the items you mentioned would be very suitable for this place (note: some of the clothing we took were for toddlers which they don't have but an assistant was very much pregnant and so we said she could have them).

By the way, I think the website is very much more glossy than reality, but it probably was "donated" by someone.

Please contact me if you want any further information.
