Yes just walk out the front doors of the airport(you can change a small amount into rupiah at the airport if you don't have any, get them to give you some small notes), turn right, fight your way through the people, then you will see the taxi office, whatever, you can't not find it as you will be directed by excited taxi drivers, get a voucher, then off to your hotel. Inflation has hit, it used to be 30,000rp 2 years ago to go to Kuta/Seminyak.
