stayed at the Puri and Griya in recent years and would say the Griya is the better value choice. On our last trip in July the manager showed us the renovated deluxe rooms and they look really good. The non renovated deluxe rooms are good but the new ones are even better. The other good thing about the Griya is that the beach area is quite large so lots of loungers.
