I travelled to bali when i was 25 weeks with my now 2 year old. It was fine, had travel insurance and had the best trip. We did a spa package and just layed on my side when i was being massaged only missed out on lying on my tummy.
enjoy your last trip as a childless couple, it gets better when you get to take your kids to bali too. We went to the green garden resort spa in tuban and after had dinner at their restaurant.
