I have asked this question on here also - from what I can gather (I am on my way in November) it is pretty much a free for all at the bounty. If you are sensitive to some drunken noise perhaps not the place for you - if you like making that noise great for you.
I googled bali hotel reviews - a few sites come up but pretty much all the results have reviews for bounty. Young people like the atmosphere, some older ppl got a bit annoyed with the noise. I think it got a couple of cleanliness complaints but it is fairly cheap. Have a google for yourself.
Haven't actually stayed there yet myself so perhaps someone else can help you with rooms to request etc.. I wasn't that fussy myself.
