I think the quads was Bali Adventure Tours and the rafting was thru Sobek. You should be able to organise to do both together thru Bali Adventure Tours - try a web search. All the transport will be included and it takes about 90 minutes to get up there from Kuta/Legian. With 8 of you i would be booking in advance and asking for a really good price say around $100-140 aussie each. Probably have to do rafting in the morning as they supply lunch afterwards and you can do quads in the arvo session.
