They are what they are, do what they do and freely admit it.
Some continue to do what they do, others can and often do end up in lasting relationships.
The woman does not need to be wealthy, young or old.
For the woman they are attracted to, they provide companionship, affection, sex, transport and a good time for however long the woman involved requires it, or for however long they get along together.
For this "service" they often get to sleep with the woman at her hotel, meals, drinks etc.
