that you email the hotel, they are a family run hotel and the lady who answers the emails is excellent. They are very helpful, so I am sure they would accomodate your need even if they didnt have the freezer in the room fridge.
Just to give an example of there helpfulness
1 I booked adjoining rooms from email and there responses were always super quick and helpful
2 our daughter was sick so they drove us to a pharmacy
3 our transfer didnt turn up so they drove us to the airport
