We have been to bali 9 times - 8 of them travelling with Garuda. Have been extremely lucky I suppose - once plane broke down and they put us up in a hotel for the night (meals,non-alcoholic drinks included)until the next afternoon (we didnt mind - an extra day to relax). The last two times we have travelled Garuda have actually departed Denpasar early - as soon as everyone checked in they boarded us and took off. Travelling with them again in October. Can't wait!
