SHORT VISIT VISA ISSUED ON ARRIVAL
(As from 3rd May 2006)
In conjunction with the new visa policy, the Indonesian Minister of Justice and Human Rights has issued and signed a new decree no. M-06.IZ.01.10/2006, effective from 6th June 2006. Nationals of the following countries can apply for their short visit visa upon arrival at the following Airports/Seaports in Indonesia for a maximum visit of 30 days:
Argentina Hungary Oman
Australia Iceland Poland
Austria India Portugal
Bahrain Iran Qatar
Belgium Ireland Russia
Brazil Italy Saudi Arabia
Bulgaria Japan Spain
Cambodia Kuwait South Africa
Canada Laos South Korea
China Liechtenstein Suriname
Cyprus Luxemberg Sweden
Denmark Maldives Switzerland
Egypt Malta Taiwan Territory
Estonia Mexico United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Finland Monaco United Kingdom (UK)
France Netherlands United States of America (USA)
Germany New Zealand
Greece Norway
Note :
* Starting from 26th June 2006, the Indonesian Directorate General of Immigration has changed the short visit Tourist Visa Issued on Arrival into the new classification of visa. These can not be extended.
* The short visit visa classifications are as follows :
- Tourist
- Bussiness
- Education/Training
- Family/Social
A 7 (seven) days visa will cost US$10 and a 30 (thirty) days visa will cost US$25
All Forms of Employment are Prohibited!
