The international airport in bali is in Denpasar so you cant fly from legian (as its only 20 mins away!)

Or you can try Lionair.co.id Airfares range from 239,000 - 429,000. BUT when you get there you will have a bit of muching around to do.
From Mataram Airport, take airport taxi service direct to Bangsal or get a public transport/bemos from Rembiga to Pemenang, then to Bangsal by Cidomo (horse cart). Use your bargaining skills to negotiate the price. From Bangsal to Gili Islands, the only transportation is by regular public boat or boat charter. Personally it will be much less stree to just catch the boat and will be the same time or less after mucking around changing transport. Hope this was of some help to you. cheers jacinta
