Balistone shipping delay problems?

Has anyone been waiting for a shipment from Balistone to Sydney? Wondering what your experience has been in terms of time? I have been waiting for mine for more than 3.5 months and am getting very concerned. I have seen lots of positive feedback about Cathy and Felicia so I am really surprised that the reason I am being given is that there aren't enough shipments for them to fill a container?
