....last week. I can't remember our room number but it was on the 4th floor and overlooked the main pool. I didn't have any problems with noise. The lift worked fine all the time - so i never used the stairs (laziness also contributed to this)
We stayed for 3 nights there and it was less than AU$40 per night thru Asiarooms.
The staff were great. We arrived at midnight and were starving, so they cooked for us at 2am. They close up the bar, I guess when the last person leaves, but there are never too many people there in the first place so it's never that noisy.
Jl Sahadewa is also great for handbag shopping which is a very important requirement of a hotels location I think!
I would stay at Losari again in a flash, wish I was still there now!
