Question Re Sari Beach Hotel - Legian

Have received conflicting info re this hotel. Could someone please confirm if they have TVs in their rooms. Also any additional info about this hotel would be appreciated. Alternatively, any suggestions on cheaper accommodation ($30-$40 Aus per night) around the same area would be welcomed.
