I've travelled twice on this trip and loved it.Its with www.sanmicheletravel.com and called "Bali on the move".
You spend couple days in each town or longer if you prefer.We stopped in Sanur,Ubud,Lovina,Candi Dasa,Kuta and NusaDua which we added last.Accomodation is good budget or you can upgrade and your collected with their own "Bali Bus " for transfers between hotels.
