I agree with the statements so far, I can never seem to get as low as the cheat sheets and I get tired of bargaining easily.
One thing that may affect your price is your answers to the questions they ask you, about many times you come to bali, how long you've been in bali for, where you are staying. I think most sellers use your answers to try and get an idea of how much money you have and how much knowledge you have of the price you should be paying.
Also if you are buying about 10 tshirts, you have a bigger bargaining power to get a cheaper price per piece than if you are just buying one.
Try to feign indifference to whatever they are offering you, its common to talk about the quality or lack thereof in the transaction. If you let on that you really love something, you won't get a cheap price.
