us AU$150/day was enough for a family of 4 big eaters who shopped a lot. We ate lunch & dinner at a combination of tourist restaurants, local warungs and some foodcourts (breakfast was included for most of our stay) and although we didn't drink any alcohol (I'm preggers & hubby doesn't drink), we drank mocktails which cost nearly as much. We brought back 1 1/2 times the luggage allowance in shopping (clothes, homewares, Revlon, toiletries, shoes, shoes, shoes) and we caught taxis everywhere & were very generous with tips.
