If your sponsor child is east of Singaraja you would be better off staying in Air Sanih. Lovina is to the west of Singaraja. Air Sanih is a very tiny local tourist area with cold freshwater pools. Not a great deal of accommodation available, but there are a few European run villas and small hotels. Check out www.mimpibali.com. Travelling from Lovina to 25km east of Singaraja will take you about 1 hour each way.
