I had a 6 hour layover last week. I paid $25 aus to go to the premium lounge in Terminal 2 where you cam have had a shower, eat, drink (non alcoholic) comfortable chairs and fast internet access. You can leave your luggage in the lounge and go shopping through the airport. Nex to the Premium Lounge is a movie threatre which I think is free. Also in Terminal which is connected via mono rail is a swimming pool and the Rainforest Lounge.
