I normally stay at Hidden Garden Villa in Gang Abdi [off Padma Utara]
Price is near to what you are looking for and you can negotiate with the owners. It is 2 bedroom with own swimming pool and 4 staff, 2 bathrooms, spa in downstairs bathroom. Really is a fabulous property for the price they ask. I have photos linked on Mic's site.
Yulis as Brent has mentioned is just a bit further up the same gang but the villa's dont have their own pools, just one small communal pool. I have looked through them and agree they are pretty good value for money.
Another place which gets many recommendations is Villa Puri Naga.
All of these are listed on the link below, have a look. If you want to look at any of the privately owned villas it is best to contact the owners in advance in case they have guests booked for when you are there. Sometimes with the guests permission they can arrange for you to still look through. good luck! cheers :-)
