Why dont you just enjoy Bangkok. We took up the Jetstar offers to Phuket, and will spend 1 week in Phuket and 1 week in Bangkok.(Less than $80 return from Phuket to Bangkok.)We would still love to go to Bali again, but flying from Bangkok doesnt work out to well.
