Its so funny you mention him, he's really famous around the Jogja area, (I wonder if he realises it) no matter who you talk to thats been to Jogja or lives there, everyone always talks about the time they saw the guy with rastifarian hair..!!
He's been around for years and years and always naked, the last time I saw him, he was walking along a village road a fair way out of Jogja, back at xmas. And the other time was about 5 years ago!!
