original issue for me was Ry having the wrong ticket, as in child, instead of the adult ticket we paid for. It has been a big surprise to find out the price/date difference even exists, and as we are travelling on the 19th of July (which is by your dates the low season) I'm starting to wonder if Ry's ticket was correct in being issued as a child's, and if so why doesn't the agent just say they made a mistake, and that who ever issued the ticket was right? very strange I will ring her and Garuda tomorrow.
