Tattoo prices

Hubby is interested in getting a Tattoo when we are in Bali in September. Can anyone give me a rough idea of the price for a 12cm square approx Barong head. Also any thoughts on where it can be done.

We have had trouble getting onto Mr Dolphins website, which we looked at a few weeks ago.
