I purchased mine from the phone shop within Matahari, Kuta Square.
I think it was called Pro Xl. Don't know whether it was the cheapest but the girl behind the counter made sure that the phone was set up correctly and assured me it wa the cheapest in terms of calls and SMS to Aussie.
