on the Qantas website. If it is showing crazy routes like the ones you mention, it is because that is all that is available. Beware that if you take a route (if you were crazy enough)like Brisbane Perth Bali, then you will be charged a lot more points and extra taxes. You can play around on the site and look at how many point you will use, by going through all the porcess including putting in names, but just do not confirm the booking.
