is this for a local child or for a western child?sometimes the schools have either an e mail addy or a web site to view ,
they would be happy to e mail you with fee's im sure.
Or if it's a local indonesian school,maybe they don't have internet access,wich makes it a bit harder for you to find out for sure.goodluck!!
