In Tonga I'm guessing a sarong is known as a sulu, as it is in Fiji, who's language derives from Tonga. The Tongans, and other polynesians, including the "natives" of Tahiti and Hawaii, are one of the most adventurous, brave and intrepid of our planet's "ethnic tribes".
