Pertholdie is correct Garden View is not beachfront, but has plenty of entertainment and most-times lively younger groups. I would recommend it to young first timers. We have stopped there many times, but it slipped a bit, but now they are renovating and have some lovely rooms at about $60 per night. We have also stopped at the Mandira, but consider it overpriced and their deluxe cottages are smaller than Garden View rooms. I would try other agents and see what they can do for you.
