Soverdi is a private school. There are government schools (sekolah negeri) and private schools(sekolah swasta)here and private schools are not referred to as public schools as far as I know.
I am not quite sure why you are asking this question on this forum. Wouldn't your friend be in the best position to know the cost of the school he/she wants to send his/her daughter to?
