There are 2 homestays on Nusa Penida, near where the Quicksilver day trips moar. Very, very basic. Nusa Penida is also very hilly and mountainous and not somewhere that you can easily walk around, not good beaches, and no transport.
I wouldn't stay on Penida but if you are on Lembongan you may be able to organise a day trip around Penida on a bike, with a local who knows someone on Penida.
