Have just come back from two weeks in Bali and this time stayed at Kuta.
We had booked before we left and booked the Ida Hotel Resort which we had not even heard of and were a little sceptic to say the least.
On arrival we found to our surprise a well run and great place to stay.
It was directly behind the Matahari Store and within 2 minutes of all the local shops and markets and beach.
It is located right beside a school which was great to wake up and hear the kids playing.
The best part of all was the price we got as it was a special at the time and got 10 nights bed and breakfast for $200. Yes that is right, it was amazing. It was a standard room but very clean and quite roomy. They did have superior and deluxe rooms as well and they had outside bathrooms which were great.
We met the manager, who is an Aussie by the name of Leanne, so if you are looking for somewhere to stay that is very convenient then we highly recommend the Ida.
We will definitely be going back there.
