Why don't you book a nice restaurant and get dressed up ,maybe on the beach over there and have a nice dinner with your wife and friends.If you want to organize your own photographer and celebrant you can, having been married for over 20 years myself I know that renewal vows written to each other would be special regardless of where you are. Enjoy whatever you do.
