All the restaurants I have spoke about are within walking distance of the BGH, except for the Indonational. You can get a taxi to Indonational in Legian for about $3.00.
The surf club is across the road from BGH (you will get the group seated here no problem) it's large enough. Bubba Gumps is also basically across the road and to your right a little.
Next door to the BGH is Cafe Bantan Waru which is another good restaurant in Tuban, easy for you to make a booking here as they also do room service to BGH.
Gracie Kelly's is located in the grounds of the Dynasty Hotel which is also within walking distance from BGH, just walk out the front of BGH and turn right and its a stroll up the street. Also at the Dynasty they have a very nice Chinese restaurant and on Sundays they have a buffet lunch.
The Stadium bar is within walking distance is large, not far from BGH just go left from your hotel and cross the street. Across the road from Stadium Bar is Fukataro a Japanese restaurant (is large)with a range of nice meals and a trendy setting.
If wanting to go for a romantic meal you can go out the back of BGH onto the beach and go right for a nice walk along the beach to Ma Jolly's which is a lovely setting for an adults meal.
You have many restaurants all within walking distance from BGH so enjoy, you will be more than welcome at all the restaurants with your group. Perhaps because most of these places are close to you when walking by in the day if you pick a place to eat that night you could reserve tables at the smaller restaurants, but there are many to choose from so you will all find somewhere for your group without any problems.
Also you are next door to The Discovery Mall where you can grab a bite or snack to eat. Go to bread talk located inside at the front entrance of the mall and try some of their pastries one day.
Like I said before, you are in a top location of Tuban and you can also walk to the main street of Kuta from BGH.
