Buying new mobile

My friend has asked me to find out if you can buy new mobiles in Bali any cheaper than Aus.

Apparently she is on an old plan that she likes so just wants to put her sim into a new phone cos if she buys a new one on a plan or something she loses that plan.

Hope that all makes sense!!!

Sorry have searched but there are soooo many references to mobile phones!!!!
