Not every villa is rented out full time as most are privately owned and some are occupied by residents, most people here are long term residents. There are some villas available for rent and if you'd like to send me an email I will send you the relevant information regarding bookings.
Not all people here use the pool and on the occassions we used the pool there were not many people there at all. There were only 4 sun loungers by the pool so you dont have much chance of getting one, apparently they are getting more though. Our villa had surf boards and boogie boards so if your a beach goer its great! We usually just went for a swim and cooled off when needed at the pool. Although i must say it was a little inconvenient for anyone who would like to take full advantage of the whole pool or laze there all day as the pool was rented on a mostly daily basis to a scuba diving school, so there were scuba divers in a group who would be lurking also in the depths of the pool. The pool is very deep and is large enough, there was a small kiddies pool joined onto the main pool. There is also a verandah with a grass roof that had large tables and chairs if you wanted to have a drink by the pool or get out of the sun.
There was absolutely no noise from Waterbom park that we noticed. Waterbom opens at 10am and close at 5pm anyways, although most days we were out and about. The villas are quite a distance from the actual waterbom park grounds, its not like its just over the road or you can look over the fence to see waterbom, its just in close vacinity to waterbom. The pool would not be that far to walk to from the villas if you dont mind a little stroll to get there, our villa was very close and we didnt actually walk through the grounds of the small streets in the complex. If you were walking from the end of our street it was not far to walk to the pool. Most of the villas look the same from the outside, but are individual designs inside.
